I know I should be happy that Year One only came in fourth, but I have serious doubts that its lackluster performance will encourage the removal of Jack Black form the entertainment industry like a diseased boil being lanced.
Unfortunately the film made $20 million it's opening weekend and only cost $60 million. As per our conversation not more than a week a ago with paradox Gary, movies never fail anymore. This hunk of garbage will make a profit at the foreign box office alone and then DVD sales will keep Black working for about 4 more Kung-Fu Panda's.
Why must you always rain on my parade, sir?
It's only because i care.
